Find answers to common questions about online certificate applications

Click on "Track Applications" in the top navigation bar or home screen, enter the mobile number used during application submission, and click Track to view real-time status and download your money receipt.

If your payment was deducted but shows pending, please allow up to 15 minutes for automated gateway reconciliation. You can retry paying from the Track Applications page if the payment status remains 'DUE'.

Once your status updates to "Sending to Hall" / "Collect from Hall", you can collect your certificate directly from your assigned Residential Hall Office with your Money Receipt and Student ID card.
