Instructions for PhD Admission Applicants
Welcome to the PhD Admission Portal. Please read the following instructions carefully before you begin your application.
PhD Admission Process
Step 1: Log in
  • Use the *PIN* and *Password* sent to your registered email address.
  • Log in to the admission portal using these credentials.
Step 2: Complete Your Application Form
Save the automatically generated application PIN and Password displayed upon successful submission.
Step 3: Upload Required Documents
Please upload the following documents in the required format:
  • Recent Passport Size Photograph
    • Image size must be 300 × 300 pixels.
    • The photo should be clear and recent.
  • Academic Documents
    • Upload all required certificates, transcripts, mark sheets, and other academic documents as one single PDF file.
  • Migration Certificate
    • Applicants who graduated from universities other than Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU) must upload their migration certificate.
Step 4: Review Your Information
Before submitting:
  • Check that all information is accurate.
  • Ensure all required documents have been uploaded correctly.
Once the application is submitted, you may not be able to edit the information.
Step 5: Submit the Application
After completing the form and uploading all required documents, submit your application and complete the application fee payment through the online payment gateway.
Step 6: Application Approval
After successful submission, your application will go through the required approval process. The approval schedule and related updates will be published in the official admission notice.
Step 7: Final Admission
Once your application receives all required approvals, the Admission Fee Payment option will become available in the portal. Complete the admission fee payment through the online payment gateway to confirm your admission.

Use only valid and accurate information.
Ensure all uploaded documents are clear and readable.
Photograph size must be 300 × 300 pixels.
Upload all academic certificates, transcripts, and related documents as one PDF file.
Applicants from other universities must upload a *Migration Certificate*.
Keep your PIN and Password secure until the admission process is completed.
